It has a smooth flavor, with notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel, and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks. When choosing between blanco, reposado, and añejo tequila, blanco is great for cocktails, reposado for both cocktails and highballs, and añejo is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
